The Inciters: are an international touring soul act from right here in Santa Cruz! With three full length albums out and a new one due out shortly, they are an eleven piece band with three female vocals and a full horn section. This band plays some horn heavy, foot stompin' hip shakin' soul that is impossible not to dance to!
